Welcome!  I'm glad you are here. I know it can take an incredible amount of effort and courage to reach out for extra support.  Whether you have been here before , or this is your first time, finding a therapist that is a good fit for you is important.   Let me  tell you a little  bit about myself and my work.  I help people change negative cycles, heal from hurts, and find more peace, connection, and balance in their lives. Whatever brought you to this point, therapy is a powerful way to change things and to find your way forward. It’s a space to work through the hard stuff, build skills and strength , and start finding more ease and joy—in your relationships with others, and in how you feel about yourself. 

I’m especially passionate about supporting those navigating heightened anxiety, communication struggles, self-worth issues, trauma, betrayal, grief, emotional regulation, and difficult life changes. I offer In-Person counseling in Shoreline, Washington, just 5 minutes off I-5, and Virtual appointments throughout Washington State. I do individual counseling, couples counseling, and family therapy using mainly Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). 

In addition to being a Marriage and Family Therapist, I also enjoy raising my teen daughter and two dogs in the Seattle area with my husband of 21 years. I keep busy volunteering at my daughter’s school, skiing, hiking, spending time with friends and family, training for the next 5k, volunteering at church, and enjoying the beach, whether rain or shine.
